Terms of service

By placing an order you agree to these terms. We may update them; the version in force is the one published at the time of your order.

Orders. An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, including after it is placed, where an item is unavailable or a price or description is shown in error. If we cancel, we refund in full.

Prices. All prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable.

Product information. We describe fixtures as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens, and hand-finished materials such as alabaster, travertine and wood vary naturally between pieces. Such variation is not a defect.

Installation. Hardwired fixtures should be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical codes. We are not responsible for loss or injury arising from improper installation.

Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our business is registered.
