Where we ship. All fifty US states. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
What it costs. Free on orders over $75. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout from your zip code.
How long it takes. Orders leave our warehouse within two business days. Delivery is typically three to six business days after that, so most orders arrive within a week of ordering. Larger fixtures such as chandeliers may take a few days longer.
Tracking. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the order is dispatched, not when it is placed.
Damage in transit. Glass and alabaster travel well but not perfectly. If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within seven days and we will replace it. Do not return it first; we will tell you what to do with it.
