Refund policy

You may return any unused item in its original packaging within thirty days of delivery for a full refund. Email us with your order number to start a return and we will provide a prepaid shipping label. We do not charge restocking fees.

Hardwired fixtures that have been installed cannot be returned once wired in. Bulbs and electrical accessories are not returnable once opened.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the returned item reaching our warehouse. Original shipping charges, where paid, are refunded only where the return is the result of our error or a faulty item.

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within seven days with photographs and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
