Shipping policy

We ship to addresses within the fifty United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping is free on orders over $75. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Orders are dispatched within two business days. Estimated delivery is three to six business days after dispatch. Oversized items such as large chandeliers may require additional transit time, which is shown at checkout.

A tracking number is emailed when the order is dispatched. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays outside our control may occur.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Report transit damage within seven days of delivery and we will replace the item.
